Our Colleges
Vital College and Enpower Training Services, are part of the Excellerate Group of Companies. Training centres are in Gauteng (Hyde Park) and Durban (Springfield Park). We also have facilities available in Cape Town (Bellville).
Having started out in 2002 we are proud to have a proven track record of delivering a comprehensive range of:
- Adult academic and vocational education opportunities to individuals up to NQF level 5
- Corporate workplace training solutions for companies with South African compliancy issues in mind.
We have provided thousands of clients and learners with positive lasting learning experiences whilst managing to reach our goal of becoming a nationally recognized preferred training provider.
At Vital College, we offer our students a comprehensive learning environment, filled with academic support and educational services on a national basis.
Our progression to online learning programmes is in progress and we intend to offer all our current and new accredited programmes on this blended learning online manner.

Why should you bother?
There is no legal obligation to do any training or to comply as long as you are paying your monthly SKILLS DEVELOPMENT Levies to the receiver of revenue.
However, failing to run a proper skills development process/strategy may mean:
- No B-BBEE points for Skills Development
(Skills carries 25 points for larger companies and 30 BEE points for smaller companies). - Impact on your employment equity compliancy
( Employment Equity requires targeted upskilling and training to be implemented). - No grants being received by SETA
(Complying enables your company to retrieve up to 70% of your skills development levy). - Disqualification from accessing discretionary grants, learnerships and other training initiatives.
These incentives and requirements make it imperative for companies to comply.
