Course Description

The Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Representative course equips learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to perform the role of a SHE Representative in the workplace, in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993).

This course focuses on developing an understanding of workplace safety responsibilities, hazard identification, risk control measures, and effective participation in health and safety activities. Learners will gain the confidence to contribute to a safer, healthier, and more compliant working environment.

The course is suitable for employees appointed or nominated as SHE Representatives, as well as supervisors, team leaders, and staff involved in workplace safety management.
