Purpose

The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to identify, analyse, and resolve conflict in the workplace. The programme focuses on understanding the sources and types of conflict, applying effective conflict management strategies, and using appropriate techniques to resolve disputes professionally. Learners will also develop the ability to implement follow-up plans and compile formal conflict resolution reports to support improved workplace relationships and productivity.
