This particular skills programme is developed to provide you with the following management skills:
- The core and support functions of a business or workplace
- The relationship of the different roles of management within a business or workplace
- How one contributes to the overall strategy of a business or workplace
- Role of the team leader in ensuring that the team meets business or workplace required standards
Who is this course intended for?
Individuals who wish to be or are already junior managers/team leaders to gain the basic skills to
function as such in a range of business entities, workplaces, and
organisations. Specifically those wish to develop the basic principles of a manager.
What are the benefits of this course?
This course will benefit individuals who seek to climb the organisational ladder and better equip themselves for managerial positions. Furthermore this course will allow you to carry over credits internally with Vital College toward the Generic Management Qualification NQF 4.
Cost
This course costs R6 050.00 and can be paid directly via PayFast.
This course could be run either as a non-credit bearing or credit-bearing programme.
- Credit-bearing programme – the price above will need to be paid in full. The learner will receive a SETA statement of results and a certificate of attendance.
- Non-credit programme – 50% of the price above will need to be paid via EFT or bank deposit. Contact the Vital Centre for banking details. The learner will only receive a certificate of attendance.
