As part of this commitment, CBRE Excellerate has allocated funding for bursaries aimed at the upliftment and skills development of South African youth. These bursaries are made available through its SETA/QCTO-accredited training partner, Vital College.

All applications must be submitted online. The bursary programme provides funding for selected online and class-based skills programmes offered by Vital College. This programme is a credit-bearing skills programme (28 credits) and is based on the FETC: Business Administration Services (NQF Level 4) qualification.

This skills programme aims to:

  • Empower individuals performing administrative functions within commercial and non-commercial organisations
  • Develop the competencies, skills, and professional values required as a foundation for further studies or career progression
  • Enhance learners’ potential within their current roles or support transition into new career paths
  • Create opportunities for upward mobility within an organisation’s value chain.

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Apply effective time management strategies to improve departmental and team productivity
  • Prepare and present professional reports in accordance with organisational standards
  • Manage and maintain administrative records in compliance with workplace procedures
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone communications in a professional and effective manner.
