Nkululeko Mbuthu – Durban Campus

“When I first enrolled at Vital College to pursue my Business Administration qualification, I
was determined to build a strong foundation for my career. I walked into my first class filled
with excitement but also a little uncertainty about the road ahead. From day one, the college
environment was both supportive and inspiring. The facilitator went beyond simply facilitating-
she mentored, guided, and challenged me to push my limits.

The coursework covered vital areas such as office management, communication skills, business
ethics, and project administration. These lessons were not just theory; they were practical skills
I could immediately apply. Group projects and presentations helped me improve my teamwork,
problem-solving, and public speaking abilities—qualities that I now use daily in my job.
One of the highlights of my journey was the personal growth I experienced. The college
encouraged a mindset of professionalism, discipline, and goal-setting, which shaped my
confidence and work ethic. By the time I completed my qualification, I was not only equipped
with knowledge but also ready to take on the business world.

Shortly after graduating, I secured employment in the logistics/administrative field.
Transitioning into the workplace felt natural because of the training and practical experience I
had gained at Vital College. I found myself able to adapt quickly, manage tasks efficiently, and
communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Today, I look back with gratitude and pride. My qualification from Vital College opened the door
to my career, and the skills I learned continue to help me grow professionally. My journey is
proof that with determination, the right training, and the right environment, success is within
reach.”
